1. DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, but it is important that you check local laws before ordering, as they differ from region to region. Ordering from us confirms that you are aware of this.
2. WILL MY PACKAGE BE DISCREET?
Yes, the majority of orders are sent in plain brown, padded envelopes with nothing except stamps and an address label. Larger orders are sent in unmarked boxes. There is never any indication where they have come from. All seeds are sent in original breeder packaging inside the envelope.
3. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you opted for Registered Post you can login to your account, and view your tracking number under Shipments. All packages can be tracked via An Post. European customers can check with their local postal service for more specific information.
4. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Packages usually arrive sooner than expected, but this cannot be guaranteed. Please visit the delivery times page for estimated times. If your order is has not arrived within a reasonable time then please contact us.
5. CAN I SEND PACKAGES TO AN ADDRESS THAT IS DIFFERENT TO MY CARD BILLING ADDRESS?
Unfortunately, we only ship to the billing address of the card. This is one of the requirements of our credit card processor.
6. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REGISTERED POST AND STANDARD POST?
Registered post is insured, can be tracked, and must be signed for. This is a safer method.
7. WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
If an order is above €500 we will accept a bank transfer, postal order or western union payment. Other than that we accept Visa, Mastercard, Laser and some Debit Cards. For Laser cards please use ‘111’ as the CCV number.
8. CAN I PAY IN CANADIAN DOLLARS/BRITISH POUNDS/YEN?
All orders are processed in Euros at the exchange rate on the day. You can use the currency convertor on the site to show the prices in your currency, but there may be a small price difference when your order is processed. If you order without using the currency convertor, you will still be charged the Euro equivalent in your local currency.
